Ivan is a private chef with a over two decades of distinguished experience as a culinary expert aboard luxury superyachts, private households & renowned Michelin starred restaurants.
Beginning his career under the guidance of renowned chef Paul Heathcoat at Heathcoat’s Longridge Restaurant, Ivan has honed his skills at celebrated establishments like the 3-star Moor Hall and other esteemed Michelin-starred venues such as No 6 Padstow and Gilpin Lodge.
Recently Ivan has become a renowned Private Chef, travelling the globe aboard luxury superyachts, private households, villas & high end ski chalets.
Career highlights include runner-up at Monaco’s prestigious Yacht Chef of the Year completion 2023 & cooking for esteemed clients across the world.
His cooking style effortlessly transitions from lavish family-style buffets to exquisitely plated six-course fine dining, always emphasizing the use of organic and locally sourced, fresh produce.

Stevie comes with over 25 years in the hospitality industry having worked in luxury hunting lodges in New Zealand and super yachts in the Mediterranean with other various roles in between.
Her experience has given her a competence and calmness that will make your dining experience seamless. Stevie can be as much or as little as you would like at your event, from helping to serve meals to full table set up, styling of entertaining area, cocktails and complete table service.
A relaxed fun atmosphere where you can enjoy your guests while the rest is done for you is Stevie's aim when hosting your next dinner party or event.
